My Guarantee

     My knives are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for as long as God gives me the ability to make or repair them. I sure hope that's a very long time.

     The knives are not however guaranteed against owner neglect, misuse, or abuse. Knives are made for cutting and should not to be used as screwdrivers, chisels, or crowbars. They make tools for those jobs that are a whole lot cheaper.

     Due to the fragile nature of the knife handles, which are made from Ivory, Stag, or any other fossil material, they have the same guarantee that I get when I buy this material, “NONE”.  I do my best to stabilize all of my handle materials, but some of these materials are thousands of years old and are prone to age crack.  I would suggest knives of this type to be purchased for collectors and not users.  

     I reserve the right to make all decisions relating to the failure of a knife produced by me.

     I am also in no way liable for any injury caused by the misuse of one of my knives whether it is intentional or accidental.   

     Under normal conditions, one of my knives should last you a lifetime.
